Water-Based Fluids Systems
The SIBA series of conventional and high-performance water-based fluids is designed to address the wellbore challenges faced by operators. Motivated by our dedication to overcoming obstacles, SIBA’s systems have been engineered to handle issues like highly reactive shale formations. These systems provide an effective solution without the high expenses associated with oil-based fluids, all while maintaining a commitment to environmental responsibility.
Non-Aqueous Based Fluid Systems
SIBA offers a range of non-aqueous fluid systems specifically designed to tackle the most challenging wellbore conditions where water-based fluids fall short. These systems deliver exceptional drilling performance, utilizing diesel, low-toxicity mineral oil, or synthetic oil as the base fluid, depending on the specific conditions and needs.
SIBA's systems are engineered to remain stable at temperatures up to 500°F (260°C), making them particularly well-suited for high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) wells.
Reservoir Fluid Systems
Complementing our drilling fluids portfolio, SIBA offers eco-friendly Drill-In fluid systems as an alternative to oil-based options. These fluid systems are designed to be less toxic and biodegradable, minimizing environmental impact and reducing formation damage.
